Note: Norman Adams and his wife Mary (Fassett) Adams moved from Granville, Ohio, to Mineral Point, Wis., in 1867 where he began the practice of medicine. He died in 1872 of heart failure; she moved with her children to Davis City, Iowa, in 1876 where she died of cancer in 1885, age 44.
