[1972] BIOGRAPHY: TFG-22,23-Asa is listed in 1775 as Sergeant in Captain Benj. Walker's company of the 27th Regiment. (page 66 Bedford, MA by Abram English Brown.) He was a Minute Man in the town of Bedford. He is listed in an accoutn "of the time that each man spent at Cambridge in defense of the Countyr together with the nineteenth of April last, and also their travel reconed from the middle of the town according the the mindsof the Co." see pgs 560-562 MA Men in the Revolution
