Alys M. Fassett
PLATTSBURGH ? Alys M. Fassett, 95, formerly of the Vilas Home,
ied Sunday, March 23, 2003, at Evergreen Valley Nursing Home.
She was born in Enosburg Falls, Vt., on July 16, 1907,
the daughter of William G. and Emma (Woodward) Fassett.
Alys was a cost accountant for General Electric in
Schenectady, N.Y., for many years.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Alys was predeceased by two sisters, Mary L. Miner and Julia Clark;
and two brothers, Harold Fassett and George Edmond Fassett.
There will be no public calling hours or funeral services at her request.
Burial will take place in the spring in Enosburg Center Cemetery in Enosburg, Vt.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Centre Glenville United
Methodist Church Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 2772, Glenville, NY 12325-2772.
The R.W. Walker Funeral Home in Plattsburgh is in charge of arrangements.
