BIOGRAPHY: TFG-68-James Hiram was graduated from Dartmouth College. He was center on the 1890 Dartmouth Football Team. He was a large man, 6 foot 2 inches tall, with broad shoulders. He was Superintendent of Schools for many years in Nashua, NH. He was Trustee of two NH Normal Schools. He was the author of the Beacon Series Readers. He was editor of Grimm's Fairy Tales. He spent his last years in FL. He died as the result of an auto accident.
