Pauline M. Lewis, 88, of Forkston died Saturday, July 30, 2005, at Beverly Health Care, Tunkhannock.
She was born in Forkston on Aug. 7, 1916, daughter of the late Walter and Ethel Otten Fassett.
She was a graduate of Tunkhannock High School. She attended the Forkston United Methodist Church
and was a member of the Forkston United Methodist Woman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan Lewis; and brothers, Henry and Robert Fassett.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Dianne Lewis, Mehoopany;
a granddaughter, Crystal Posten, Tunkhannock; and great-grandson, Nick Posten, Tunkhannock.
Funeral services were held Tuesday from Forkston United Methodist Church.
Interment, Forkston Cemetery.
