He served as Captain in the U.S. Engineering Corp. during WW-I. In WW-II he served in Washington, DC, in re-negotiation for the Engineers This Board recovered six billion in excess profits from contractors. They live in Park Ridge, IL, Tucson, AZ in winter and Montague, MI in the summer. Arthur is in "Who's Who in American Engineering."
