BIOGRAPHY: TFG-113-Julius Fassett received his degree from the U. of Iowa in 1880. He moved to CA and entered the law firm of his brother-in-law, Gen. W. H. H. Hart of San Francisco. He was interested in and promoted legislation looking toward the preservation of fish and game.
